Treacys Oakwood Hotel, Shannon is located in the heart of Shannon’s town centre, next to the Skycourt shopping centre and only 5.1 km drive from the Shannon Airport. Very clean rooms, friendly staff and great location - a good choice for travellers who need to get to the Shannon airport in the morning and fill up a rented car beforecreturning it - there's a station right next to the hotel. Comfortable mattresses. Tea and coffee making facilites in the room. Nice interior and design.

A gorgeous location, so quiet and peaceful with lovely views of the castle and out over the water. The hosts were so kind and friendly, it really felt like home from home. We stayed for 3 weeks while waiting for our new house to be ready and the property provided everything we could possibly have needed.

It was clean, lovely home, beautiful room and the heat was so welcome after the cold evening we had travelling. The host was amazing and even rang to make sure we had gotten to property.

The Shannon Springs Hotel is situated between the historic towns of Ennis and Limerick and offers 71 bedrooms equipped with modern amenities. Guests can enjoy free parking and free Wi-Fi. This is an independent, locally owned property - it was a pleasure to stay here. The building was newly renovated and spotlessly clean. Staff were so very helpful and professional in their interactions. Besides the hotel, the building contains a lovely restaurant (fish and chips cooked to perfection) and a charming pub - Shannon Springs Hotel is a great place to recharge before or after a long flight in or out of Shannon Airport. There are bus stops immediately outside the building and you can be whisked there within minutes.
