The room is modern, is of excellent size, and is of nice quality. The lobby full of places to wait until your Uber or any other wait-time activities required to be comfortable. Every corner was a surprise ‼️

Just steps away from the famed shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile, this historic hotel is located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood and features a rooftop bar and lounge... We had to check in very last minute and they were so accommodating. Overall the hotel is beautiful, friendly and the little touches of fresh infused water everyday is something small but enjoyable!

Breakfast was very good, coffee tasted great. It was very convenient to stay there to go to a play and shopping.

Kids loved the pool and the food! Breakfast and dinner were great. Staff were friendly and the rooms were always clean and made up for us. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. We were really pleased with our choice of the Loews for our trip to Chicago. It is in a perfect location, close to Michigan Avenue and the river but we enjoyed Streeterville itself too- Roberts Pizza, Lao Sze Chuan, and the Shoreline boat tour- and we had a great view of the lake and Navy Pier. The hotel is understated but very very comfortable, with an incredibly comfortable large bed, a desk that two can use, an huge elegant bathroom with great hot water pressure, and total blackout blinds so we slept to 8am every morning. It is probably the most comfortable room we have had on our month-long overseas trip. The lobby is cozy, hip and functional like lots of private living rooms. We had brekkie at ETA every morning and the food was great, esp the remarkable lobster eggs Benedict. The pool was just ok and full of kids, but what can you do and at least they had a pool but no jacuzzi. My family enjoyed their Streeterville Social club bar for nibbles and drinks in the sun in the arvo. My family lives in Chicago and I would stay at the Loews again in a heartbeat when we visit.
