If there was an issues, they fixed it immediately. It is truly a gem of a hotel in Tunis, and a must stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a large modern lobby area and a smaller but traditional lounge. Takeaway coffee or cold water was always ready for guests. Rooms were modern and had all amenities one could want. The staff really made an effort to make it an exceptional stay.

The heaters work well for chilly evenings and the eating area is really nice for breakfast before the day. Short walk to the beach and a cheap taxi ride to many tourist sites.

Great apartment within walking distance to beach, cafes and restaurants. Easy to travel around. Iron and hairdryer and washing machine was sooo useful to have. Host was friendly and helpful. Netflix and prime also on TV. Defo recommend. Great value for money.
