We like a comfortable room, an excellent breakfast, a room service, a mountain view from the balcony. The pool was excellent and properly heated. I would definitely recommend the hotel. In our opinion, the hotel deserves an excellent rating of 10.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photo. The staff was really friendly and always answered our questions promptly. The location is excellent. There's a supermarket right beside the apartment which is really convenient if you want to grab something last minute. The bed is comfy and the shower is very good (you may need to wait a bit in between showers). The view from the balcony is amazing - we just spent an hour on the balcony on the first night, very relaxing.
