Amazing staff, constantly smiling and always helpful. Food at breakfast and the onsite restaurant was seriously good. The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool area as well as the room is in great shape.

When we come to Panglao we always stay here. Quiet and far enough away from the noise of the centre, 4 mins from the airport. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else.

The beach/sand is so shiny and white, the sea of an amazing color, and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. They’ll take amazing care of you and will make you feel at home. The restaurant is delicious, with such great variety of dishes and cocktails. Really worth the stay. You’re not far from Alona beach (just 10 mins with local tuktuk), which offers loads of small restaurants and bars if you want to spend the evenings there - however, Alona beach is more touristy and crowded so I loved going back to the piece and quiet of Bohol beach club. The resort is also super close to the airport (10-15 mins drive with taxi) and the ride can obviously be booked through the hotel and it’s not expensive at all.

One of my favourite stays in SEA so far, it’s a peaceful location with friendly staff. I ended up extending my stay so did one of the other people that was staying here. It is also great for digital nomads as there is a generator and 200mbps wifi, even by the pool! I dont think any other accommodation on the island can match that. - easy to rent a bike - nice beaches near (rent a bike) - ‘Australian’pies down the road - affordable bar - huge pool - secure + safe Highly recommend (from a New Zealand’er)

Situated in Bohol, 3.3 km from Alona Beach and 5.3 km from Danao Beach, Donatela Resort and Sanctuary boasts an outdoor swimming pool and a private beach area while assistance is available via the... Incredible stay and very reactive service. First at the arrival at the airport, we had organized the shuttle with the hotel. They were waiting for us at the exit and handle all the luggage with a very warm welcome. Shuttle was very comfortable and it took 10 to 15 minutes. A personnel from the hotel, on top of the driver, was here to welcome us and to introduce us the duration of the trip and the surrounding while driving. He accompanied us until our rooms. Check in was done in a glance, they were obviously waiting for us and everything went absolutely smoothly. Very appreciable after a trip of more than one day! Room, garden villa, were amazing, very big rooms with a welcoming basket of fruits (excellent mango). Beds are very comfortable, two air conditioners, a private terrace. The hotel is entirely located in a very nicely maintained park. Everything around is green, you’ll see on the picture, it is simply amazing. You can look for the statues in the surrounding, they even created a grotte ! They offer outstanding activities, we tested the spa and I loved it: strong pressure, for once, exactly as I asked ! 90 min that went in a glance! Kudos to the lady as from the beginning to the end she maintained the pressure. You can also horseride or have organized private excursion days: country side or island hopping. Not talking about the food as I will do a special comment there for the hotel restaurant but it was in line with the rest for what I tested. Service was impeccable. I definitely recommend, for the excursions I asked if we could have towels and in the 10 min later, someone was bringing them to our villa. This is just an example! No direct access to the beach but very big swimming pool you can almost enjoy alone and simply amazing view from the paprika restaurant. Basket fruit is the for the first day only, water refill everyday. Night service (to shut down your room to prepare for the night) planned. Thank you for making our first stop outstanding!

Location, food and super friendly and courteous staff especially Angel at the front desk,.Rhonver at the restaurant and the other guy with rhonver. They are very well versed in customer service. No one from the staff failed to smile everytime you come across.them regardless of wht they are doing. Housekeeping staff are also very courteous. I highly commend them.

Having traveled to various countries and interacted with different people, I can confidently say that the customer service at Pahiluna is one of a kind. The staff is always ready to assist, whether it’s booking a van, a tuk-tuk, or addressing any other requests.
