When you enter through a small door, prepare yourself to be transported to another place and time. In this innovative Hotel-Museum-Spa, every traveler will enjoy a comfortable stay. Although La Antigua is amazing city, there is no need to leave this marvelous hotel. I've visited dozens of hotels through my live. Most of them were wery good. But this one is above all of them and above my secret expectations. Highly professional service and staff as well as smooth music, that can be heard in common spaces and relaxing smells, build the atmosphere of wellbeing and luxury. Additional gems are free entrance to the meseum, to the pottery and chocolate workshops and the private, guarded, underground parking. What an amazing place. I wish everybody could stay there.

We got a great night's sleep in the comfortable bed. Super close to Parque la Marimba. It was really quiet at night, great for sleeping. Nice breakfast. Good value!

It truly makes a difference in the overall experience. Shanti is a little haven of perfect tranquility and only a few meters from the beach. Our room was spacious, clean with thoughtful decor and accessories including some interesting books. I loved the individual paintings both inside and out. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. We arrived extremely early without warning and were offered breakfast immediately which was above and beyond but extremely thoughtful and much appreciated. They had our room ready for us within a few minutes so that we could enjoy our day around the pool. Mr Luis welcome was terrific and it was lovely to meet Manni the owner and share some of his abounding energy. We would highly recommend staying at Shanti and will certainly rebook next time we are back in El Paredon.
