While being a fairly large resort island, somehow they’ve managed to create a very secluded ambiance. Sealife amazing, food very good at the appointed restaurant (had the all inclusive water villa package), staff attentive, great housekeeping. Loved my time on the island 🤍

Bandos resort is a private island located 8 Km away from Male. Bandos Maldives features spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the garden or beach. Honestly, the staff is super nice 👍🏻 Our housekeeper was very good person and constantly cleaned our room. I had no idea how he knew we were not in the room but whenever we came back it was clean. We all were pleased by his work and left some nice tips for him. He made our stay special. Also, the receptionist, Sultan was kind, gentle guy and helpful. Whenever we needed help or clarification he was ready to help us. These people made our stay unforgettable and enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing - right on a fabulous beach. The building is new, very nice designed and everything is in perfect conditions. At the 8th floor there is a pool which provides a perfect view of Paradise and also a bar. Second bar is located on the beach and they both serve most delicious drinks! Hotel’s restaurant Aanu is 2 steps away from the hotel. Apart from the location, the conditions - what makes your stay memorable is the staff which is absolutely fantastic - from reception to bars, restaurant, breakfast, team responsible of excursions - everybody is very friendly and super nice! Just 4 years old, this island retreat in the Maldives felt fresh, modern, and beautifully designed — exactly what we were looking for. Every space, from the villas and rooms to the restaurants, bars, and spa, was aesthetically stunning and meticulously maintained. The entire property was spotless, with regular cleaning that really stood out. We opted for the premium all-inclusive package, which was absolutely worth it. The mini bar was fully stocked and restocked daily, all drinks were included, and the food was both varied and consistently high quality. One of the highlights was the beautiful house reef, which my husband loved exploring. The location is also perfect — just 15 minutes by seaplane and a quick 45-minute speedboat ride, offering flexibility to reach Malé for international departures. The resort staff were exceptional, and the overall vibe was relaxed, welcoming, and luxurious. Our host Sonam was super nice and always very responsive so big thanks to her! The honeymoon package came with lovely extras like a sunset boat trip, a complimentary massage, and even a mini photoshoot — thoughtful touches that made our stay even more memorable all booked and arranged by her! We had initially been concerned that the island might feel too small, but after the intensity of our wedding, it was exactly what we needed. The compact size made everything feel accessible without being overwhelming — especially appreciated in the humid weather. Walking from our villa to the restaurant was just the right amount of movement. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Untethered from the outside world, One & Only Reethi Rah evokes an unrivalled sense of freedom. Excellent and spacious overwater villa, stuffed with everything imaginable for comfort, fresh fruits every day, snacks. Very private. Every staff member is extremely courteous, friendly and professional. We aways felt welcome and cared for. Our host Samih was always responsive and proactive, he even called me when there was enough wind to do kitesurfing as I'm into it. I loved the gym and SPA facilities. We ate the most delicious food served in the restaurants. One & Only brand will be associated with high class and luxury for us from now on.
