Absolutely wonderful hotel! The staff were all amazing - very professional but also kind and polite. They always made sure to cater to all our needs. Whenever we pressed the 'red button' in the room we received (soon after) what we were asking for (e.g. the bed pillow of our choice) and room service was also excellent and value for money. The room was clean and well-stocked with everything that someone can ask for during their stay, including fresh bottles of water every day. The spa treatment we received was also excellent. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The 5-star Trident Chennai features an outdoor pool, pampering spa treatments and 24-hour room service. The hotel is located near Chennai airport and is 12 km from the railway station. The staff were incredible. Very attentive and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.
