Holiday Inn Resort Batam offers spacious suites, just 25 minutes by car from Hang Nadim Airport. Clean room and courteous staff. We enjoyed our stay. We had food at the teppanyaki place and the Thai restaurant - food was excellent. Shout out to the lady at the teppanyaki, who was friendly and went out of her way to deliver the food that we couldn't eat, to our room. The pool was excellent and the place was lively with kids shouting about :) Will definitely return.

Stayed here a few times, always clean and comfortable, right next to the best shopping mall in Batam, very good price.
