Amazing hosts so helpful and friendly - fabulous location - beautiful chalet - clean and beautifully presented - we loved sitting outside looking at the stars and walking nearby in the New Forest - a great place - thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location; property was clean, tidy, well equipped and welcoming. Host’s communication was great, there were no issues at all with our stay. WiFi easy to connect to and reliable.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, room was comfy and the food was all fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection on offer

Lying in the heart of the New Forest National Park, The White Buck is a former country house boasting 20 bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. The property was perfect, absolutely lovely location. There’s something magical about it. We loved our stay.

White Rabbit by Chef & Brewe at Lyndhurst is in the heart of the beautiful New Forest. The charming hotel features a traditional pub restaurant and free parking. The greeting was so kind and warm right as I arrived to the White Rabbit. The young man at the front desk was so welcoming, and offered to check me into my room even though I arrived a few hours early. I enjoyed a few meals at the restaurant downstairs. They are so considerate of food allergies. The sauvigon blanc and toastie was delish. The nearby park off Southampton and Beaulieu just off the main town drag was one of the most beautiful views and horses are everywhere. I also saw cows in the distance. It's a very picturesque place. If you want to go to any neighboring towns, I highly recommend getting a car bc even though Brockenhurst and other towns are a few short miles away, it's not walkable, and Ubers don't frequent that area much. Overall, an excellent stay!!!

Woodlands Lodge Hotel je soukromý 3hvězdičkový venkovský hotel na idylickém místě na okraji New Forest. So much to like about this hotel but the dog guy welcome pack which included a healthy treat blanket to go on the bed or floor and towel was a lively surprise (you don’t get to keep the blanket and towel). He was welcome I. All areas except tge restaurant but they made it so easy by just setting our meals up in the bar instead. The garden was huge for the kids to run around in and the access gate straight out of th back of the garden into the New Forrest made walking the dog super easy and the children were super excited to get to see the horses and pat some of them that came over to us. Food was delicious for both dinner and breakfast and it was nice to see a couple of different things on a kids menu so ham, eggs and chip stand a cheese omelette were a welcome break. The rooms we had worked perfectly for us as a family we had 2 rooms at the end of the corridor behind a fire door so if we so wanted we could leave the room doors open and the children (& dog could move between the rooms. They were light and airy with lovely big windows. If you like or need to sleep in you definitely need to pull the shutters across as well as close the curtain to keep it dark enough to sleep. We had trouble deciding what to do as there is so much not only in the surrounding area but also in very close proximity. Long Down Activity farm is just around the corner Beaulieu is about 10 mins drive and Paultons Park and Peppa pig world aren’t much further than that either. The hotel has a brochure rack if you are looking for other things to do and the staff were helpful helping to recommend places to eat nearby. As we drove away my husband said that was nice for a 3 star and I thought he was joking. It was way better than many 4 star hotels I’ve stayed and and even some 5 stars. But I would say that most or the reason for not having a higher star rating is from not having those extra facilities like spa, swimming pool, gym etc.

The independent 4-star New Forest Lodge is located on the A36 just a mile from the edge of the New Forest within the National Park. Second stay here and as before it's perfect, lovely staff, ideal accomodations and close for our trip
