The breakfast was very good. the technology in the hotel is so over the top. We do not need a toilet seat that lifts up when you enter the bathroom. There were reading lights on both sides of the bed but a switch on only one side which made it difficult for one person to read later than the other but not be able to switch the light off without getting out of bed and walking to the other side and then walking back in the dark.. We could not understand the TV as it was far too complicated

Everything! Staff very helpful with a couple of problems. Good buffet breakfast, restaurant meal delicious if a bit pricey.

The room was very big and clean but you didn’t see anything from windows because the glass is white no transparent .. the rooms with inside balcony must be much better ..The reception was very friendly and the breakfast was more than ok

Rooms above Pub/restaurant but was quiet and comfortable. Rooms and bathroom large and clean. Coffee/ teas/ bottle water provided in room. Just steps from bus stop and 10 min walk to steam train station which takes you to the southern tip of the island or north to Douglas and definitely a must do.
