It’s such a great location. It’s close to the Main Street where there’s lots of food options and shopping. It’s right by the river walk which is so nice. It’s a 15min walk to zhangjiajie national park entrance! Lastly, the staff here are absolutely fantastic. She customized our stay by recommending an itinerary on our arrival based on our duration of stay. Very thorough and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

The most wonderfull thing about this hotel is a natural true “home feeling” there. All the attitude, attention and care from a lovely employee Tiffany create such a warm atmosphere around. She gives necessary guidelines about the Park, what to see there, the best routes for walking, she follows you to the Park entrance every morning, always available for contact and help, picks you up after walking. That is very valuable. I do recommend this hotel also because it is perfectly located close to the unpopular West park entrance what help you to avoid crowds. After an active mountain day you can swim there or chill at the hotel terrace. The room was cleaned every day. You will definitely enjoy staying at this hotel.

She really ensures there is a good vibe and will match you up with other travellers (if you want of course) so you can do activities together. Large, clean rooms and you can do your laundry for free as well which was needed ;-) Amazing, social place to stay and I even booked extra nights here as I had such a great time here. Don't look any further - just book here!

Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn stojí pouhých 20 minut jízdy od letiště Zhangjiajie. Ve všech pokojích je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect. Rooms are comfortable, food is great. Daily cleaning up. You can also eat something else apart from breakfast. People are very very friendly and hospitable. One night we Ve ordered dinner and they started cooking for us at 22:30. The location is right in the center. They are helping you with directions if you want to visit the mountains. Also they try to speak English so you will be able to communicate. Annie is a great host, also with the others. Thank you!

GUI YUAN ZHEN PIN HOTEL- Approximately 3 kilometers from the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - Free one-way pick-up or drop-off service for over 3 nights - English speaking customer... The decoration is excellent, the environment is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff can speak English, ensuring seamless communication. It's great to stay here.

Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a nabízí sezónní venkovní bazén, zahradu, terasu a bezplatné Wi-Fi. This is an exceptional property, their staff is top class and the only complaint I have is that they are not rated higher. They went above and beyond in their service and more than once their staff (mufeng) gave us advise about our itinerary that saved us a lot of time and money. The property is very well maintained and managed. Has a full fledged gym and washer dryer available for guests to use. Not only you don’t pay hefty hotel laundry charges but the butlers actually help to pick up and deliver your laundry back at room for no charge. Hotel Area is huge, rooms are good sized, with luxurious amenities, Pool is great - cool and clean - my family used it and didn’t mind that it was outdoors. There is a lively environment around the pool as guests sit out late evening chatting and enjoying, it’s good to soak in. Location is perfect - It is very close to national forest park, Grand Canyon, lake Baofeng and yellow dragon caves. Certainly helped save upto an hour in driving. Another thing of note is their spa - exceptional service and quality of massage. It is more pricey than the shops outside but you get what you pay for with outside by road spas. If you want a truly memorable relaxing spa experience this is the one. I had an ear cleaning, a body massage and a foot massage! Breakfast is good, first time I’ve seen pricing based on height / age - very unique. We had lunch and dinner just outside the hotel there are great local cuisine restaurants. They had a check in gift for kids which my son loved getting. I can’t fault the property specially after the experience I had at another property in same town! They helped me out with translation and support when I needed it most! Pls don’t get fooled by some other 9.9 rated properties in the area, read your reviews carefully and go with brand name properties. I chose Hilton and honestly felt I was at a world class property living up to the Hilton brand name!
