Lots of attractions for children, animals. Huge thanks and 10 stars to Gina Li, the sales manager, who was helpful in everything and helped us a lot during our entire stay at the hotel. We spent 16 nights there, during which she helped us with transfers, necessities for the little one, just with everything. Once again, a big thank you to Gina Li, who turned our stay into an unforgettable one.

Based on the legendary Lost Atlantis city-state, Atlantis Sanya is a one-stop entertainment resort destination integrating hotels, restaurants, shopping, water parks. It is a perfect vacation spot for all ages, family, couple etc. Room was spotless and top of the class, lounge accommodated us with breakfast which was very convenient, and unlimited access to the water park was a huge plus. There are many types of restaurants, free access to the aquarium, pools that are open until 10pm with cocktail bar with live music, and numerous shops. We wish we were here for more days. Finally, we had huge help from our personal concierges, Dikshya and Fahad, who helped us from the day we arrived at the airport, facilitated our check-in, gave us information about the hotel whenever we needed, provided us with every extra amenities whenever we asked so we don't ever have to call the front desk, and even surprised us with cake and lovely room decoration for my wife's birthday. We would love to visit here again in the future.

Featuring a private pool, hotel has no direct access to the beach, you need to walk out of the hotel for about 6 minutes and cross the road to the beach. I liked breakfast, the view, help and involvement of the staff, clean room, self laundry. I liked the beach, there are no crowds of tourists and I liked the walking health path, very pleasant to walk at any time of the day

InterContinental Haikou Seaview je první hotel InterContinental Hotel Group v Haikou. Qiongdao má příjemné klima a bohaté produkty. All stafffs are very helpful. They answered all questions politely and took extra miles to help to arrange transport and carry luggages. Breakfast are superb and excellent. So many varieties of foods to choose from they even have local Hainanese foods. Love it so much! Room are spacious and very clean too! Highly recommended!

Featuring spacious accommodation, LUHUITOU Sanya Resort is a luxurious property with an outdoor swimming pool and 3 restaurants. The resort offers a fitness centre and Thai massage treatments. We were in this peaceful resort for 7 days. It was an A+ experience. From first encounter team till the last. Beautiful resort, peaceful away from all the restaurants and bars. Spacious room, beautiful pool and beach right next to us. Although we preferred to be at the pool most of time. Team was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, tourist spots, helping us use Didi and Alipay. Most of them spoke good English but whoever didn’t used translation app to help us. Thank you Ashita, Ada, Zack who made our stay pleasant. Let’s not forget breakfast buffet and team who always gave us a warm welcome. Lots of Asian and Western options. I stuck with Chinese ofc. Having noodles for breakfast is a unique Asian experience.

Located in Sanya Bay, Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa is only a 2-minute walk from the beach and the Coconut Dream Corridor. Eileen(Ai Lin艾琳) was very helpful, our thanks to her. The hotel has efficient service and beautiful palm trees to make a pleasant tropical feel.

The staff Lili is extremely friendly and helpful.. room are spacious/clean and close most of the eateries...We book an early train to airport...they prepare breakfast the day before..I wish to stay there longer..There is a nice restaurant there...and there's a shuttle to pickup and drop off the train station...Will sure share with my friends.i want sincerely thank Lili who are so patient to teach me to book Didi as this my first time in Hainan island...

Atour Hotel Haikou East High-Speed Railway Station Xueyuan Road se nachází v ideální lokalitě ve čtvrti Longhua District v destinaci Binlian. Very friendly staff, provided us with free room upgrades to stay close to family on the same floor. Manager was extremely helpful with providing directions and suggestions for restaurants, he even helped us to carry our luggage to the taxi when we were checking out. Very thankful to him as my family had elderly travellers and me and my dad could not carry all the luggage ourselves. Really nice kitchen staff in the dining area who offered to cook noodles for my mom as she was vegetarian. Rooms were extremely comfortable and plenty of amenities were provided. Definitely one of the best places you can stay in Haikou as the hotel is quite new. Good location close to the Haikou East railway station The hotel is located in an alley accessible from the main road but for some reason there are a few taxi drivers that refuse to enter the alley or even the hotel and just dropped us off at the main road. This is not the hotel's fault as it is located around 20-30m from the main road but do take note that some taxi drivers will not want to enter the area.
