Amazing location and view of the mountains. Very cosy rooms and they were a great size. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice and catered to all diets. Beautiful deck out front to enjoy a coffee in the morning. Very unobtrusive staff. We would recommend/come back

The Arc-en-ciel hotel in traditional Chalet style is a hotel situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Gstaad, next to the Eggli cable car station, close to the car-free centre. Our Comfort room could be used together with the one next door, if you were travelling as a family. There was an outer door that kept any noise level from the corridor to a minimum. Breakfast was substantial and the restaurant was well used by both guests and non guests. Very attentive staff in the restaurant. A genuinely friendly and professional gentleman called Weil was on hand at check in and check out making us feel everyone in the hotel were keen for us to have a memorable stay. The car parking, private spa for an hour and the ski equipment hire all included in the cost of our stay were amazing

The host comes in every day to clean the whole place! Friendly host! It was my husband's birthday when we stayed there and they gave us a free cake! Delicious and generous portion for breakfast! Bed and pillows were super comfortable. The shower was good. Water pressure was strong and had a good temperature. We traveled with our baby. We didn't even have to request, the host provided us with high chair and crib. We would definitely come back. Thank you!!

Amazingly beautiful hotel in a beautiful little town . We were surprised to know this is a family owned hotel and they were so kind and hospitable. They wanted to make sure we felt comfortable and provided us all the information we wanted. It was recently redone because of a fire they had a couple of years back and the property is phenomenal. Definitely coming back if I come to Switzerland again.
