Everything is clean, spotless, new, and everything works goodly. And the best moment is the room with washing machines. Our room didn't have a fridge; but we were given a great thermos with a lot of ice what was a perfect substitute for a minibar. The breakfast room is very roomy and nice. An excellent choice of hot drinks, and baked goods. And the big bad, fluffy pillows are very comfy for sleeping. Also, we received a few additional hours for the later check out. Thank you to your team.

Breakfast was good: not a lot of things, but everything was top quality, particularly the yogurts, bakery and cheese. Above all, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us during our stay in Basel.
