What we initially thought would be a basic stay turned out to be an unforgettable adventure. The staff, who spoke fluent English, was an unexpected yet delightful surprise, making communication seamless and enhancing our overall experience. One of the highlights was the night safari, complete with a cozy bonfire—an enchanting and magical experience under the stars. The sunrise camel safari was equally memorable, offering breathtaking views of the desert as we ventured through the serene trails. The tents were spotless, spacious, and comfortable, while the bathrooms were impressively large and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. All in all, this campsite provided much more than we anticipated, combining natural beauty, luxury, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the desert in style and comfort!

The hotel has a great location outside of the old city, but still really close to it. It is clean and comfortable. Lucky was really attentive and helpful during our whole stay (he even got me sweets and fireworks because he saw in my passport during checkin that it was my birthday the following day!). They also offer amazing desert safaris with lovely guides, which I cannot recommend enough. Definitely the perfect place to stay in Jaisalmer!

I had a very good experience at Golden Star Desert Camp. From the warm hospitality to the beautiful desert views, everything was top-notch.
