When we arrived we had been given an upgrade to the loft apartment, this was amazing and a pleasant surprise as the loft apartment was so spacious with all amenities perfect for a long stay especially if you had kids with you , my own negative remark would be that we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it. We very much enjoyed the location and the pool which was very welcome in view of the weather. Enjoyable meals in the bar although vegetarian options could be extended (this applies to most places). My husband left a cap in the room and the hotel was kind enough to send it on to us. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts sitting by the window with the wonderful view.

I could not fault Scartagh House for its fantastic amenities, warm room with a well appointed bathroom, beautiful grounds and view, and a very welcoming host who greeted us with a smile despite our late arrival. I would not hesitate to stay in Scartagh House again!
