Breakfast was awful. Staff watched is while we attempted to eat food tasted horrible wax cold choices sucked. Amenities sucked. My card was compromised after stay manager Britney was rude as hell

This is a motel with helpful staff.
This is a motel with helpful staff. Nothing out of the ordinary. That said it was clean and bed was comfortable enough for a one or two night stay. They do have a swimming pool which in this hot weather would be nice, if you have time to rest at the hotel but my trip was family business and I was in and out. The manager was accommodating due to family needs and for that I am thankful.

Convenient location to BART, Restaurants and jogging trail.
Convenient location to BART, Restaurants and jogging trail. Happy hour and breakfast good. Staff very pleasant
If they are not going to service your room during your stay, should have place to dispose of garbage and recyclable materials. People left garbage by elevators which was not good… was not picked up for 2 days. Reported it twice to front desk.
Do like having room tidied up daily.

They've done an excellent job of bringing this Motel 6 up to snuff. The staff was friendly and were a great help even when I arrived early for ck-in. Room was spotless, the heater/AC, and wifi worked, and the bed was comfortable. All in all much better than I expected for an economy motel.
Definitely will use it again.

It's a town that has seen significantly changes over the past couple of decades, To the positive, the restaurants have improved in quantity and quality, the majority of the downtown shops are disability accessible, and traffic is usually light to moderate even during the busiest commute hours. "Dragon Pond" continues to be a favorite Chinese source of better dining in the downtown area, and there are a couple of others new sites close to City Hall...it's worth exploring the length of South Main & Locust Streets to find your own favorite(s)...do try "La Fogata" for great Mexican food, though (South Main=).

The only problem was the front desk could not find our reservation under my name and we had to wait as they checked their computer .... they still did not find the reservation. However they compensated us with two rooms, a suite and a single room with a queen bed. With no additional charge. We did not get the two queen beds and two double beds .
The location was perfect, just outside the freeway and close to our destination, a friend living in Walnut Creek. Quiet enough, especially with decent earplugs. Shaded parking for my car most of the time, very good in summer. Walking distance to downtown, close-by fast food. Pretty swimming pool, clean towels, sufficient chairs and lounge chairs, as well as table and umbrellas. Coffee in lobby all morning and after lunch.
Great room, looks like they have been redone. Plenty of room. Eventhough I coulld see the freeway, I did not hear the cars much. Quiet throughout the hotel. Price was good and it did not have a lot of extras taxed on that you don't see upfront. Plenty of help to check in and out, no wait. Not anyones fault with covid, but it would have been nice to have the bar opened. Parking was good and convenient.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was in Walnut Creek dealing a death in my family. I had to bring into the hotel boxes and boxes of paperwork to rifle through. They helped me get rid of a boatload recycled paper. Since I had to spend so much time in my room they brought up a microwave for me!! I could bring in to-go and hunker down without having to leave the room. Amazing.
I loved the suite and the location. Being able to be spread out after staying in a traditional hotel for a few days prior, was refreshing. If you are staying overnight and don't need in and out privileges and a brief walk, it was less expensive to park overnight in the public parking garage next door.
Excellent location just a short walk to Walnut Creek shops, clean & comfortable with everything you need. Friendly receptionist. I didn’t find the motorway noise disruptive in the slightest. This will be my go-to place to stay when visiting family in the area.
I always pick this hotel while traveling. It has everything you need with friendly staff answering (and sometimes exceededing) any questions you ask. The room is huge, well equipped with anything and the bed is a dream to sleep in.
Good central location in Walnut Creek, nice spacious room.
First room had no view and little light, we were able to move after the second night to a better one. Next time I'll explicitly ask at reservation time.
From the time we arrived, we were acknowledged every time we came in or left the hotel. The lobby was clean, people were friendly. We have stayed here for many years and have always had excellent service.
The room was comfortable with a full size refrigerator and stove and plenty of room to spread out on the couch. I also loved that there was a smart TV since hotels usually don't have good cable channels.
Convenient location to the downtown and restaurant areas of Walnut Creek and the BART Station. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Recommend if staying in this part of the bay area.
A big room and comfortable. Hotel is very close by Bart Station (6 minutes) and Sprout Farm shop (10 min). The hotel has a nice club where to swim and play basketball.
