Such a cute little town, you have a huge restaurant...
Such a cute little town, you have a huge restaurant selection and many cute stores and boutiques to shop at. Very friendly people and refreshing to see peoples faces and smiles! The purpose of our trip was to go to Mavericks country bar for line dancing and live music. What a gem of a place with a crowd of folks in their 20's all the way to people in their 70's. It was too hot to do anything..... We planned to eat @ The Beer Baron Whisky Bar however, we were treated poorly by the staff there. No seating after waiting for 20 mins and waiter and waitress kept ignoring us for another 30 mins..... Not a friendly place for sure.

Great stay and service Best room for a larger group and at an amazing rate. Breakfast buffet was free and surpassed those of most hotels we have stayed at. This is definitely our go to place whenever we are in the Bay Area.

All in all, my family have thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations at Marriott Pleasanton. The waitstaff and employees are all wonderful, with the exception of the front desk staff, which have a tendency of being very unwelcome and cool in demeanor. Unfortunately, we have had multiple problems in this regard, which makes my family likely to choose an alternative Hotel in future.

Don´t be fooled by the old fashioned facade and small lobby, the room was great, with everything a grand hotel has, and very clean. Also, all the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and complete (although after several days I would appreciate more options). For the rate we paid, we got what we expected and more. Very convenient.

There were lots of choices for dinner within walking distance of the hotel. It's a very nice, safe area. The room was comfortable and had a nice kitchen, but weirdly no sponge to wash the few dishes we had. Didn't want to run the dishwasher for two dishes and two cups.

Beautifully and tastefully decorated, very clean, spacious. Both a shower and a bath in our bathroom. A real sense of a luxury in downtown Pleasanton. We had a drink at the bar in the evening and the service was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful and a bit different from the usual offerings, which was very welcome!
